The most important step in working together is making sure we understand your business needs and outcomes. A discovery call allows us to understand these. If for any reason, we do not think we are the right fit, we will recommend a team we believe is.
If we decide to work together, we will set up a contract based on hourly rates for consulting, day rates for training, or bundled rates for retainers.
